Message endpoints are used to send a SMS/MMS over FracTEL's network. You will need an active FracTEL account with API access enabled to use these endpoints. You will also need an active FoneNumber to use these endpoints. FoneNumber is required to be SMS/MMS enabled to send SMS/MMS over FracTEL's network respectively.
